1. General Information

1.1 Welcome to our terms and conditions page! We know it's not the most exciting read, but it's worth going through – you'll find out what you can expect from us and what we will expect from you.

1.2 These terms and conditions apply to orders placed in the online store tatra-duvet.pl.

1.3 By placing an order, you accept the conditions of these terms and conditions, referred to as the "Terms" from here on. Therefore, make sure to read through them carefully before placing an order.

1.4 To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts – in other words, you must be at least 18 years old and not have any legal guardians.

1.5 We may change the Terms, but the version accepted by the customer at the time of placing an order will always apply. All the latest changes will always be visible in the current version of the Terms published in the online store. Changes to the Terms will be effective from the moment you accept them, i.e., when you make a new purchase. This means that we may – and probably will – modify this document from time to time, so check back here periodically to stay updated.

2. Prices and Delivery Costs

2.1 The prices displayed in the online store include statutory VAT but do not include delivery costs. The total cost of the order, including delivery costs, will be displayed at the checkout stage.

2.2 Prices in the online store may differ from those on sales platforms such as Allegro, Empik, Erli, etc.

2.3 The delivery cost is displayed at the checkout stage alongside the available delivery methods. The standard delivery cost within Poland is 18 PLN. If we are unable to deliver the order in full and need to send the products in more than one package, an additional delivery fee will be required.

3. Placing Orders

3.1 To place an order, click "Add to cart" to gather all selected products in the cart. Then review the order in the cart and possibly remove products you no longer want before proceeding to checkout. By clicking the "Buy and pay" button and placing the order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products in the cart. Depending on the chosen payment method, additional steps may be required.

3.2 Upon accepting the order, we will send an automatic confirmation. Remember that the placed order is an offer, and until it is confirmed by us, it does not constitute a legally binding contract. Once the order is confirmed, we will send you an email with shipping confirmation and all delivery details.

4. Payment Methods

Below you will find descriptions of different methods for paying for orders. Depending on the chosen payment method, additional conditions or fees may apply.

4.1 Payment before shipment

b. Quick transfer via PRZELEWY24 or PAYU

4.2 Cash on delivery Cash on delivery is available for an additional fee of 4 PLN.

4.3 Personal collection is not possible.

5. Delivery

5.1 We strive to deliver orders on time; however, unforeseen events may sometimes cause delays. If your order is not delivered on time, contact Customer Service, and they will do their best to assist you.

5.2 If the package cannot be delivered despite two attempts or is not picked up from the selected point after two reminders, the order will be returned to us. To resend it, delivery costs will need to be paid again.

5.3 Shipping is carried out within 2 business days.

6. Returns

6.1 According to EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your entire purchase or part of it without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

You can return the items by choosing any carrier and sending them to the address:

If you do not receive an email confirmation of the return within 14 days of making it, contact Customer Service.

6.2 Place the appropriate product in the package in its original condition (you can use the packaging in which we delivered the order). Remember that you can only return products purchased in the tatra-duvet.pl online store.

6.3 We will refund the money as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods. If you do not receive the payment refund within 13 days, contact Customer Service, and we will assist you.

6.4 You will receive a full refund for the returned products, provided they are returned in their original condition. If the product is damaged, soiled, or used, we will not be able to refund the amount, as duvets and pillows are first-contact products, and even minimal signs of use make them waste.

7. Defects

7.1 Is the ordered product defective or faulty? If so, file a complaint, and we will take a closer look at the issue.

7.2 Depending on the type of product, damage, and the customer's request, we may offer a repair, a price reduction, or a replacement of the defective product with a new one.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

9.1 If you want to file a complaint about a product or service, contact us by email at office@tatra-duvet.pl or by phone at 63 2705804.

9.2 Customers can use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms and free consumer advice offered by the local consumer rights ombudsman, social organizations statutorily obligated to protect consumers (such as the Consumers' Federation or the Polish Consumers' Association), and the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection. Detailed information can be found on the websites of the aforementioned units, as well as on the websites of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: UOKiK - Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution, UOKiK - Individual cases, UOKiK - Important addresses.

9.3 We comply with applicable consumer protection laws and do not limit the rights granted to you under these Terms.

10. Severability Clause

Subject to applicable law, if any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable for any reason, it will not affect the enforceability of any other provision of these Terms.
